The surname Paternoster is more common than Piombini in Italy. According to the very useful cognomix.it website there are approximately 625 families in Italy with this name. There seems to be little trace of my Paternoster line in the Lonigo area now. The map shown below indicates that the name is well distributed through most regions of Italy, with a very high concentration in the Trentino region.
